Class Times
Super Sparks (4-6 years old):
Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays – 6pm to 6:45pm.
Sundays – 9am to 9:45am.
Street Smart (7-12 years old):
Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays – 7pm to 7:45pm.
Sundays – 10am to 10:45am.
DNA (Teenagers and Adults):
Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays – 8pm to 9pm.
Sundays – 11am to 12pm.
‘Become ELITE’ Class:
Mondays and Wednesdays – 9:05pm to 10pm.
Weapons Class:
Tuesdays – 9:05pm to 10pm.
Monthly Women’s Only Classes:
Saturdays – 10am to 1pm.
Please note that you are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts.
Whilst our classes run in Worcester Park, we are within easy driving distance of Cheam and Epsom.
