Functional, innovative and practical, Defence Lab is the result of two decades of scientific study of attack and defence. Ideal for people and children of all ages, from age four upwards, our system is a welcome change on the traditional Korean and Japanese martial arts system, whose systems and set moves are outdated and used for sport. Our fighting system:
- Genuinely deals with street attacks and multiple attackers, including variations such as knife attack, MMA-skilled opponents and strikers
- Is truly tested against the phrase, “Does it work?” We know it does!
- Is not designed for competition with winners or losers. Defence Lab is about learning to protect ourselves in the face of violence
- Is constantly evolving and changing and all our instructors go on regular refresher courses, so they can be the best that they can be!
